Molly E. Broadhead

Associate

Molly Broadhead is an associate with Hoover Hull Turner LLP whose practice focuses on commercial litigation. She represents companies and individuals in all phases of civil litigation across federal and state courts, including the Indiana Commercial Court. Molly advises on high-exposure matters involving contract disputes, business torts, fiduciary claims, and attorney ethics. She has extensive experience in managing discovery in sophisticated litigation, as well as experience with both jury and bench trials.

Approaching each matter with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset, Molly combines strategic insight with disciplined execution. With a trial-ready focus from the start, Molly works to align discovery, motion practice, and overall case strategy. Her goal is to build cases that withstand scrutiny in the courtroom and position clients for efficient, favorable outcomes.

Molly guides clients through every phase of a dispute. Clients rely on her for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and skillful navigation of complex discovery challenges. Her careful case management and trial readiness are critical to achieving strong results in high-stakes matters.

Molly thrives on spending time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, needlepointing, and embroidering.
