Megan Riley is an associate at Hoover Hull Turner LLP who focuses her practice in the areas of business and employment litigation. She represents Fortune 500 companies, closely held businesses, and business owners in complex commercial litigation involving significant financial and operational risk. Her experience includes contract and business tort disputes, fiduciary and governance claims, and matters involving unfair competition and trade secrets, as well as employment-related claims under federal statutes.
