David K. Herzog

David Herzog is a partner at Hoover Hull Turner LLP and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He represents businesses, financial institutions, corporate clients, and individuals in complex commercial litigation involving significant financial and operational exposure. His strategic judgment, disciplined preparation, and courtroom credibility are central to achieving successful outcomes in high-stakes matters.

David approaches litigation with a trial-ready mindset, developing claims and defenses designed to withstand scrutiny both in the courtroom and at the negotiating table. Clients rely on his ability to navigate sophisticated disputes efficiently while remaining focused on the broader business realities and risks facing their organizations.

His 40-plus years of practice have included bet-the-company litigation, banking and finance disputes, securities litigation, and other complex commercial matters. Recognized repeatedly by peers for his work in high-stakes litigation, David is known for combining strong advocacy with the procedural discipline and strategic focus required in exceptionally demanding cases.

David is also a golfer, an avid reader of history and biographies, and a proud grandfather of five future luminaries.
